1) Collection and Use of Your Information

            When you choose Harry Green and request information online, over the phone, or in person, the personal information you provide to us is treated in accordance with standard Privacy Policy guidelines. We will share your information only with Nissan USA Motors, the Department of Motor Vehicles, or other official agencies as needed to complete your sales/service process or inquiry. We do not sell our customer information to 3^rd parties. To opt out of future contacts by Harry Green, you may opt-out by contacting us at (304) 624-6304 or via email at internetsales@harrygreen.com

 

2) Contacting you by phone or email

            By submitting an inquiry either by email, phone, or in person, you are giving us permission to contact you. If, at any time, you decide that you no longer want to be contacted, you may opt out as described in the previous paragraph. 

 

3) Customer Confidentiality

 

            Harry Green Chevrolet-Nissan respects the privacy of it’s customers. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure your personal information is secure. We routinely shred documents with customers’ information, and hide your email address (BCC) from others on group emails. All documents with personal information are kept out of public view. If you submit a Request for Financing, all of your personal finance history is kept confidential. Our employees will not discuss your information with others outside the dealership, and only on a need-to-know basis.
